Implant-Supported prosthesis replacement of a single missing maxillary premolar in the region of poor bone quality: A case report

Achieving Osseo integration is of utmost importance for the success implant therapy. Poor bone density (D3 & D4 type from Misch classification) common in maxillary jaw, especially elderly patients which can create a hindrance to proper integration. A successful therapy would optimally re-create lost mucogingival contours while maintaining their relationship prosthesis by replacing tooth/ teeth. The time placement plays crucial role and be decided on case-to-case basis. present report describes case Osstem TS IV right premolar region with delayed loading approach.
